BBA hosts LCRA workshop on Facebook Marketing

The Bandera Business Association hosted the Lower Colorado River Authority for a Facebook Marketing Workshop at their June 14 meeting. The workshop, hosted in the Bandera Electric Coop. Community Room, helped the 24 attendees from local businesses and non-profits to set up a Facebook page and begin marketing their organizations to Bandera County via social media.

This was the second LCRA economic development workshop hosted by the BBA. The previous event was a community discussion on Shop Local programs, highlighting some of the best examples from across the State of Texas, and the country. The BBA has developed a Shop Local program, including display cards and “A BBA Member Shopped Here” business card program.
